Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of battle maps, graphics, and digital assets are final. Once a digital file has been purchased and delivered or downloaded, we cannot issue a refund or exchange.
Why no refunds? Unlike physical goods, digital assets cannot be returned or verified as deleted once they are downloaded to your device. By completing your purchase, you agree to this policy.
Exceptions & Issues We want you to be completely satisfied with your assets. You can request a resolution if:
- File Corruption: The downloaded file is broken, corrupted, or cannot be opened.
- Double Purchase: You accidentally bought the exact same product twice in a single transaction.
